Chicken Tetrazzini Casserole
A creamy and comforting casserole dish baked to perfection with tender chicken, spaghetti, and a tasty mix of cheeses and spices.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can 10
- 5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside
In a large bowl, mix together cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, mushrooms, onions, garlic, salt, and pepper
Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned on top
Serve hot and enjoy!
