Football Helmet Cake Pops



These adorable Football Helmet Cake Pops are a great way to celebrate game day! A tasty chocolate cake and frosting combination, encased in a chocolate shell and styled like football helmets.

Ingredients:
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting
  • 1 package chocolate candy melts for helmet coating
  • White icing for helmet details
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Wax paper

Instructions:

Bake the chocolate cake according to the package instructions and let it cool completely

In a large bowl, crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs

Add chocolate frosting to the cake crumbs and mix until well combined

Shape the mixture into football helmet shapes using your hands

Melt the chocolate candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl according to the package instructions

Insert a lollipop stick into each cake pop, then dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated

Place the coated cake pops on wax paper to set

Once the chocolate coating has set, use white icing to decorate the cake pops with football helmet details, such as facemasks and team logos
