Honey Tahini Almond Cookies



The nutty flavors of almond flour and chopped almonds are balanced by the sweetness of honey in these Honey Tahini Almond Cookies. The subtle tahini flavor adds a special richness to these gluten-free cookies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Add the tahini, honey, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt to a bowl and mix them together

Mix well until a dough comes together

Add the chopped almonds to the dough and mix them in

Take dough balls about the size of a tablespoon and roll them into balls

Once the baking sheet is ready, put the balls on it and use a fork to gently flatten each one

After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down

The cookies are ready to be eaten once they are completely cool
